These terms and conditions govern your use of keepmecard.co.uk and any advertising services provided by We Are Local Ltd t/a Keep Me Card. By using this website or applying for an advertising position, you agree to these terms.
We Are Local Ltd, trading as Keep Me Card, registered in England and Wales.
Advertising Positions
Keep Me Card offers exclusive advertising positions for emergency and call-out trades in defined local areas. The following terms apply to all advertising arrangements:
- Each trade category in each area is limited to one advertiser at a time
- Positions are awarded following a vetting process and subject to availability
- Keep Me Card reserves the right to refuse any application without providing a reason
- Advertising positions are granted for a defined card cycle period
- Positions cannot be transferred or sublet to another business
Vetting and Eligibility
All advertisers are subject to our vetting process before being listed on any Keep Me Card. This includes but is not limited to:
- Verification of trade qualifications and accreditations (e.g. Gas Safe registration)
- Confirmation of valid public liability insurance
- Review of customer reviews and business reputation
- Verification of business identity and area coverage
Keep Me Card reserves the right to remove any advertiser from the card at any time if vetting standards are no longer met or if complaints are received that cannot be satisfactorily resolved.
Payment Terms
Payment terms are agreed individually and confirmed in writing prior to the start of each card cycle. Prices are subject to change with reasonable notice ahead of renewal. Fees are non-refundable once the card has been printed and distributed.
Advertiser Responsibilities
As an advertiser on Keep Me Card, you agree to:
- Maintain all required qualifications, accreditations and insurance throughout your advertising period
- Provide an accurate phone number and respond to calls promptly
- Treat customers fairly and professionally
- Notify Keep Me Card immediately of any change to your contact details or trading status
- Not engage in any conduct that could damage the reputation of Keep Me Card
Our Responsibilities
Keep Me Card will:
- Print and distribute cards to homes within the agreed area and volume
- Maintain the exclusivity of your position for your trade category in your area during the agreed cycle
- Provide reasonable notice of any changes to card design, area coverage or distribution volumes
Limitation of Liability
Keep Me Card does not guarantee any specific level of calls, enquiries or revenue from advertising. Results depend on many factors including the nature of your trade, your area and how promptly you respond to calls.
Our liability to you in connection with any advertising arrangement shall not exceed the total fees paid by you in the relevant card cycle.
Website Use
You agree to use this website only for lawful purposes and in a manner that does not infringe the rights of others or restrict their use of the website. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate access to the website at any time.
Intellectual Property
All content on this website, including text, images, logos and design, is the property of We Are Local Ltd or its licensors and is protected by copyright. You may not reproduce or redistribute any content without our written permission.
Governing Law
